Getting to grips with Google Analytics
Last week we ran a course on Google Analytics for a range of participants from the social enterprise and charity sector. Attendees came from The Children's Society, Fair Finance, School of Hip Hop in addition to a journalist, freelancers and people from SMEs.
We ran the course in partnership with our client Poached Creative, who we have worked on a handful of web development projects with over the past year. This was the first of a series of monthly #commsknowhow seminars they are running to build networks and share knowledge. The course was run at Bootstrap Company, next to Poached offices in Dalston.
Over the 2 hours we covered topics including :
- Finding your way around
- Using analytics to improve your website
- Impact on audience
- Measuring campaign effectiveness
- User experience
- Goals
Here are some photos of our happy attendees :
